The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull even though the spoke limited English. The price we paid was good.
There was no coffee making facility and no double bed in our double room.
Very good value, very clean and spatious.
Not perfectly located.
Good location, friendly staff
Free wifi was only on the reception floor
Very comfortable and nice view /panorama during the day and the night. It's very easy to reach it by metro or by bus, just to central bust station.
I like the hotel and polite stuff, evey time when I'll be in Valencia I prefer to stay in Hotel Turia.
Nice and clean rooms. Altought the sorroundings don't have much to offer, the hotel is a short walk from the city center. It has a good relation between price and location/acommodations.
Expect only a good place to sleep since it dos not offer additional facilities and services.
helpful staff, good bathroom, convenient position at edge of old centre, reasonably quiet surroundings.
Huge room and we got it at quite a good price considering a lot of hostels were quite expensive. good location, literally next to shopping centro, can walk to historic centre (on sundays these museums are free) and bus stops a short walk to get to modern part of valencia where aquarium and dinosaur museum are- recommed spending a day there.
wanted a double bed and got two twin beds pushed together which is ok but the gap between beds was a little annoying.
Best quality/price hotel. a little bit old fashioned but still a great value for the money and really close to the bus station and to the old city.
easy to find, staff very polite, not bad location! very clean.
bar wasnt the best closed far too early for a city like Valencia. No free parking, but was very secure! no fridge in room! no pool.
Location good for the price we paid, rooms fairly clean, beds comfy
We stayed 3 nights, leaving at 4am on the final day, and were only allowed breakfast for 1 night, or all 3, meaning we were paying for 3 days and only taking 2, seemed very unfair and the hotel staff said we had to decide at check-in before we had time to walk around the city and see if there was anything nearby that would be cheap. Breakfast was a good price, but only continental with little choice and no variety, definitely opt out of breakfast and pick up a baguette in the town
handy for arriving by bus as next door to bus terminal but no noise from it and great for attending festival events in the old town but a great retreat from the noise. Opposite huge shopping mall so great if you have older kids for food options and shopping. Staff very helpful and gave a good orientation to the city. Balcony with view over city a bonus.
WIFI didn't work in our room on 9 th floor but OK in lobby
the accesibility of the hotel, and the view from the balcony
there is some dust in the nigth table near the bed
The rooms got everything you need.
It's an old hotel, might once have been modern, now everything is old fashioned. It's very dark inside. It's ok if you don't spend a lot of time inside your room.
Poor reception, pretty good rooms.
Room was large and view from window was great. Room cleaned thoroughly everyday.
A little bit of a walk back to old town at night, but I knew this when I booked. Taxis were reasonable and metro up 11.30 beside hotel and lte night buses.
